Worth Reading From RB REpost from RB by B.I.G. MUST READ AND REPOST OFTEN!!!! I think it's time to educate people on actually what is happening here. First. gmkt buys 12.5% of the palm springs studio from frank olsen etc. . A private deal that has nothing to do with gaay. Second. ithc plans to change their name to triangle multimedia inc. and go under the symbol qbid. This will happen after they buy the remaning 87.5% of the palm springs studio from frank olsen etc. Not to be confused with gaay. In fact gaay from an ownership role has nothing to do with the studio. Third, ithc will start trading under qbid with frank olsen at the helm. the annoucements next week will be about the closings of these deals and joe p's exit from ithc and moving to gmkt. MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT GAAY SHAREHOLDERS HAVE NO SAY IN THE ABOVE. None of it has anything to do with gaay. FOURTH, what will happen next is the management at qbid and gaay will THEN try to come up with a plan so that the two companies can join together possibly merge or qbid might even acquire gaay. DO NOT CONFUSE QBID AS BEING PART OF GAAY OR A PARTNER OF GAAY YET. qbid will exist with gaay or without gaay. Until any deal is done the relationship with gaay and qbid(I repeat two seperate companies) will be that of qaay being a tenant in qbids studio for production purposes. FIFTH once a plan is come up with at that point the sharehloders of gaay will have a chance to vote through the mail or send in a proxy. SIX, This process will take weeks.PROBABLY 3to6 weeks. If the shareholders turn down the proposal then gaay will stay as tenant of qbid and continue it's business plan as usual. If they vote yes at that point the companies will probably trade under qbid after some type of share exchange yet to be determined. It will not be determined until proposal is close to being submitted to shareholders so as to better let the market indicate the share values so a proper ratio can be determined. SEVEN joe p will not be running the show, he will building gmkt which will also use the studio for production purposes but will not be involved with the day to day operations of gaay or qbid. EIGHT if the deal is turned down by gaay shareholders what will happen to ithc now under the symbol qbid? Well, qbid owns 87.5% of a production studio with two clients to start with. GAAY and GMKT with the opportunity to bring more tenants on board. This is what is going on here. If you think I am wrong phone olsen or pittera and ask them to read my post. I'm sure they will agree with it's accuracy. BASED ON THE ABOVE........MY ASSESSMENT................. BOTTOM LINE GAAY IS STILL A GOOD INVESTMENT because they have there original game plan. BOTTOM LINE ITHC IS STILL A GOOD INVESTMENT because they have a studio with at least two clients right off the bat. HOWEVER IN THE MARKET PLACE THEY WILL BE MORE ATTRACTIVE COMBINING THEIR ASSESTS. BEFORE YOU JUMP ALL OVER ME READ THE ABOVE TWICE SO YOU UNDERSTAND IT. B.I.G. IN THE SAME FASHION THAT I PRESENTED MY THEORY ABOUT ITHC BEING THE COMPANY MAKING THE UNSOLICITED OFFER OF A BUSINESS COMBINATION WITH GAAY WEEKS AGO, I HAVE DONE MY HOMEWORK BEFORE POSTING. B.I.G. Not only that, he will be in the same facility as Olsen, ie GMKT is in the same studio. so I think it is more of a 'stepping aside, but still in the action kind of stepping down' Same church, different pew. In my opinion, and from the documents available, this is the conclusion. :) Jacalyn
