FWIW, the "Market Monitor" on Nightly Business Report who two years ago correctly predicted Dow 12,200+ in Q3 of 1999 and now predicts Dow 14,777 in Q3 of 2001, says that Microsoft is a BUY because it has finished its consolidation phase and will only go up from here. This despite his prediction of a continuing correction to Dow 9400-9500 by October of this year and an October bottom in the nasdaq 20-25% off its 1999 highs.

He's a wave theorist <g>! His projections are based entirely on TA.
