Neo,

It is a slippery slope both ways.... Would you outlaw masterbation because of the waste of potential life? If a women doesn't eat right or fails to take care of herself properly and miscarries, should she be thrown in jail? If she is injured while rollerblading and miscarries is that manslaughter? Those extreme examples are all as viable in a
"slippery slope" scenario as are yours....

It all depends on your view of where life starts and what is viable. It also depends on your view of what a women's right is to determine the course of what happens within and to her own body.

Mark

Neocon, if people would stop having sex irresponsibly, take precautions, and better yet, only have sex with a person that they are married to and are using a birth control method that they have agreed upon. Many of the situations you have described, wouldn't even be happening.
