This is a message from Jorjenzak for your information:

Scoob...saw this and thought the thread might like it.

new strategy....

I just read this off another board. As you all know MM's like to play with what they don't own. The stocks we bought are sitting at the MM's as "numbers" they can manipulate until we call in for the stock certificates. At that time the MM's are FORCED to deduct those shares issued into certificates and take them out of the manipulation game.

Although this strategy works there is the cost and inconvenience of asking for the certificates from your brokerage. So, here is the new twist:

Instead of asking for certificates, put a LIMIT sell order on your position. Put it at a price that is impossible to reach over a short term unless you already have another limit you want to sell at. This effectively takes the shares out of the MM's since they now have the obligation to fulfill those selling orders and they are considered OFF-MARKET for manipulation purposes. They can BORROW from other MM's still if they want to/are short, only if other MM's are willing to lend them, but if we all do this collectively there will not be much left for them to manipulate.

I think this is a great idea. Although there is no way to verify this actually works, but an MM will be crazy to play with limit sell orders because in those cases he would actually have to PAY if the limit sell orders go thru and not be able to just play the bid/ask up/down games.

Actually I like the idea of stair stepping limit orders...say at .28, ..38, .48, etc. then taking them out as it appears the stock is recovering and approaching the limit sell order in line. Just an idea whereby those who want to stay liquid in their shares can do so.

Shares, Shares and more shares to come. Warrants, conv. debs, options, penalties, etc. Where and when will it end? This nightmare is getting messier by the minute. It appears to me that a lot of deals were done without regard for share holder value.

Questions? Anyone have a real handle on what the current authorized, OS/float is as of today? I am getting a headache trying to figure it out. TIA

All good regards;

Hi CIMA,
Could you please e-mail me a copy of the 10Q report. I was hoping to get on EDGAR today, but it does not look like it is available. I like to take a look at it and contribute to your discussion with SCOOBEY. Of course I can ask Jorj and I am sure he would not refuse to send me a copy....( or may be he would.......hello Jorj, are you lurking out there:))))), but I will leave him alone and let him enjoy his much needed time off.

Thank you in advance, and have a great week-end everyone!

DaiTN

....Opps, almost forgot, my e-mail is DaiTN@AOL.com
