Do you really believe that George "The Snorter" Bush did not expect his past drug use to be questioned? I'll bet that he thought long and hard about his past before deciding to run.

At one point, shortly after his name was first brought up as a possible candidate, there were rumors from the Bush camp that he might not run. I thought, at that time, that he was not too happy about the possibility of having his entire life examined with a fine tooth comb.

It's not just Bush. Now that the conservative Republicans have raised personal political attacks to a higher level, a person better be squeaky clean to run for dog catcher!
