Where do you see that SNMM is a scam?

I do not see any charges of stock fraud or stock manipulation, etc. Have insiders been selling lately?

I believe what we have is a legitimate business, when conducted outside the U.S. and Canada, which may have committed a few transgressions by unknowingly taking bets from U.S./Canadian citizens misrepresenting themselves to be from outside the country.

Does anybody claim that the financial numbers presented by SNMM are false? No. The claim appears to be that they have violated the law on several occasions, not that their business is in itself illegal. Big difference.

I will be very surprised if SNMM did not receive a qualified legal opinion on their operations in Canada before they continued doing business there. They must have at least considered the issue when they move their servers to Antigua.

This incident will undoubtedly result in a loss of confidence by shareholders, but will it impact current and prospective SNMM customers? We will find out next week.

My bet is laid...500 shares on Starnet to win, place & show!
