To All, Intel's Merced chip looks like a dud. Hewlett is recommending that many customers wait for the next tweak. And HWP is the biggest corporate backer of the chip.

INTC is also cutting chip prices 26-41% on Monday. That should help the profit margin they now barely have. <g>
