Apparently now they can start the offer. Tried to do some research on HSR and that is the only thing that I could understand by early termination of the waiting period. With the drop in price it is possible BVF does not have the capacity to buy the stock when it is being offered in quantity??? In other words before the waiting period expired some were selling at market, no one could tender, and the majority were holding for future developments. Not convinced I am right, just trying to understand it.
