WLD is...................................................... Posting some fairly accurate (in most cases very accurate) information, more so than many of the "HYPSTERS" (who thrive on making personal attacks) on both MDIN / NPEC! "BULLY"!

That was not (NOT) A PARTNERSHIP AS IT WAS NEVER DONE! THERE WAS AN OFFER YET THE DEAL (IMVHO) WAS DROPED after the stock hit a new high in trading. How convenient for all parties involved! Note that this all happened at the same time Russell Godwin was dumping shares of MXR out one side of his mouth while uttering how he was acquiring shares out the other side of this mouth and having his own company, RGM, hype things up out both sides of its mouth. These deals start and finish with someone holding a very nice pot of gold. Sure as heck wasn't the shareholders, not after Russell tanked the stock-price, setting up that lovely reverse-split. And now it's MDHM's turn. :-)
