There are some nice things about Schwab and marginable mutual funds are one of them. There MF rates have even come down so they're slowly getting on the ball.

I don't know if this is common knowledge, but if you talk to a live broker you can also have them place after hours trades on selectnet for you. Of course you have to pay their regular rates, but if you gotta trade at least there's a way.
