I'm still having a bit of trouble understanding. If I had purchased IRID August options (I didn't, thank goodness), and didn't exercise them today or earlier, when do they 'expire'? I certainly couldn't have traded them away this week, and they're not going to be subject to auto-exercise. So...will the CBOE automatically 'extend' their lives by the same amount as the period they couldn't be bought or sold (ie, one week) once IRID finally does reopen for trading?

I have already asked my broker to exercise them, and put the negative stock in my short account. We'll see what happens.
