How would the convertible put pressure on the stock. If memory serves, the conversion rate is fixed somewhere in the mid $50's. I agree on AMZN, now is probably a good time to take it back down to $90. I would also look for ebay to dissapoint again, especially since they won't let that 17 year old auction his virginity online.

Did you cover that short ? CTXS looking pretty strong in here, I would not be surprised to see a run to 60+ over the next week.
