Well said, Peter. Never figured out why some people don't think that nice guys can, if not finish first, at least do quite well enough.

I bought IDTC today based on the NTOP price rise.

<As to hawaii60, if you look at his posting to the Yahoo board, he is not a very polite or nice person. For this kind of person to work around the clock to provide useful information to all others fellow investors,it should be something suspicious, especially when he called company news several times ahead of time. >

You woul;dn't be a very nice person either if you had to post through the trash I do on that board sometimes. As for viewing me suspiciously. Everyone should be viewed suspiciously. However, the fact that my dd is good enough to be accurate is hardly the best place to waste your time. Even the analsts that follow this stock (many of them) routinely exchange information with me.

I believe Hawaii60 to be a nice and patient person. I have not yet seen a person take so much abuse, except for maybe Steve Fancy on this thread, for posting accurate information and candid well thought out opinions.
As far as IDTC offering to take the company private each shareholder has an option to accept or refuse the offer. I certainly will not tender my shares for less than $35.

As far as the Bull-Trade who cares? Long term if the company continues to execute the way it has the price will go up.

IDTC is currently the largest position in my portfolio so I continue to believe in it. At current NTOP prices, the rest of IDTC has a negative value. VBG.

peter, tell me you are not serious? if you would rather wait for the official announcement, just skip hawaii's posts. but many of us use his early warnings to pick up some trading shares. don't you think many of the analysts know the news prior to the official announcement?

i think you should delve into the yahoo board further. hawaii is rather tame for yahoo even in his barbs.

you are very right about someone using the ntop shares to purchase idtc, and still have a great business and money leftover from the deal.
