Walter do you intentionally try to deceive investors or are you asking serious questions? If it is the latter I suggest you do alot more DD. The Intel agreement was for the design and development of prototypes. Any agreements for the final version would be a separate issue IMO. We won't know what type of agreement(s) EDIG will make with OEM's and/or Intel regarding the finished product until they are announced. Do you really think EDIG would simply design a prototype, using their patents, and then let the OEM's carve up the profits from the unit without retaining a % of each unit sold? Walter I am being polite here when I say you should delve further into the workings of the business world. Perhaps you suffer from sleep deprivation... Unbelievable.
