Well that Anarchist Cookbook got a lot of press after Columbine... but... I bought that book when I was in college at Berkeley thinking I could whip up some amphetamines or something, lol! Technical documentation on how to make drugs or other crazy stuff in there requires a chemist, its a rare kid that could ever figure that book out and if someone could then they already know how to chemically construct LSD anyway. So, I agree with you, censoring is lame. Nonetheless they did it in Berkeley of all places!
