Well, at least for now it looks as though the floor of this thread has been yielded to the 'traders'. Hey, I'm not prejudice. At least there is someone to talk to!

Did anyone catch Lou tonight? Excellent guest, Robert J. Froehlich,Vice Chairman of The Kemper Funds. Brilliant guy and the embodiment of the word enthusiastic. Feels the Fed probably will not raise rates this week. Won't in Oct. due to proximity to Y2K. Next year is election season...See's U.S. as a positive target of $ inflow being a safe haven with Y2K as we are furthest along in preparedness. See's Y2k as mostly a non-event for us except that it kicks technology way up there in the can get it done area, forced us to upgrade old systems and increases technologies advance which he believes in.

He did not mention ATHM but instead choose the blue chip hardware backbone inet boys like csco, lucent, etc. For traders willing to take risk, I thought this info might be helpful. It would appear the bias is toward belief that Alan will hike rates. I'm just a messenger though.

Given some good news and realization of a T/ATHM union in spirit, not just contract, this puppy should go through a real growth spurt. Does anyone know of any revised projections from analysts on ATHM?
