No ..It can be halted if any irregularities whasoever are suspected or if the SEC just decides its in the best interest of the Investing Public to gather more information..then a MM would have to file a form 15c2-11 and then its light s out for equity holders ..no charges have to be filed but The RCMP are currently in the offices and not letting anyone back in...Its the old chain locks around them door knobs this weekend..
