Wayne, if evidence obtained by Anthony and FAHN has been turned over to the proper US Attorney's Office for review and consideration, the prosecutors have absolutely no obligaton to reveal any of these evidence to the public anytime prior to the actual trial.

They don't even have any obligation to share the evidence with the defense attorneys until criminal information and charges are filed
