Each episode of the new radio show, taped before a live audience at Philadelphia's Independence Mall, is based on a pending lawsuit that raises substantial issues of constitutional law, helping listeners to better understand the differing values that lie at the heart of democracy. The inaugural program will take an hour long look at school vouchers and features a debate between legal advocates Clint Bolick and Barry Lynn.
