You are right, but when there's so much shouting going on, I always want to keep the record straight...I mean, the same dynamics that happened on SNMM chartwise is not different than EBAY or BIGG or any of the other broken parabolics...when there is no one left to buy and no one is allowed to short (or the shorts have been crushed), then there is only selling from the longs into a land of no bid.

Wolff: "...read the press..." Huh????? Please tell me you don't really believe what you wrote. When has the press ever gotten the whole story, or for that matter, bothered to get the facts before they opted for the sensational, paper-selling angle? Do you not recall the press allowing Claude Levy space for his bogus lawsuit message before checking out the facts? Please tell me you're not that naive.

I'm very much chilled, but just trying to ask questions. That's the only way to learn from these incidents.

"IntelligentSpeculator you have set the record straight, clearly OTC:BB are not shortable in most if not all of the Canadian brokerage firms, just as you say. Why some people insist on posting over and over they can short OTC:BB stocks is beyond me. I simply say let people believe what they want, clearly the facts won't convince these posters. So I urge you all, just let it be."

Interesting that you say that. I live in Canada and was able to almost short SNMM through my RBC Dominion Security broker on Friday. I say "almost" because I didn't get the uptick I needed, but had I got it, there would have been no problem.

All I had to do was set up a Short Margin Account - and this account doesn't "care" whether it's a BB or NYSE stock.
