Mouse, Looking at those 1998 PR's and the filing - and post 613 on RB.

If a customer return goods in eg august, that were sold during Apr-June, is it then normal practice to date the credit-notes back into the periods of invoice ? ( It is not here, I wonder if it might be the case in US)

As an alternative - (Still trying to find a way out to explain the discrepancy, just in order not to be accused a basher ;-) ) - Over here some distributors have to put stock into eg. Computer City - That is they "sell"-deliver (order backlog) it, but have to take back what was not sold during a certain period, and final invoicing follow.
Could that be the case here ? - In that case the "books" profit from this year may be subject to later change as well.
It is a possible question to Lomnitzer.

Lou Wiener - The description in the 10SB - In my mind, as I haven't found the PR, the profile was different in the PR. OR ?
