I don't know the exact time table. But since this is an OTC BB non-reporting issue and insiders have fully control, you have to assume that insiders can issue those perferred shares anytime and set convertion time table in best of their favor. Unless they cancel those perferred shares, they can keep selling GSIC short to make huge profit because they know they can get shares later to cover their short.
