Alpher, my thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Turkey, as well as those families around the world that have lost loved ones in this tragedy. My family will make contributions to a select few organizations in our effort to contribute to the relief efforts overseas.

There is no denying the tragedy that has occurred in Turkey, recently. But, unfortunately, tragedy is commonplace in Turkey. I would like to bring to your attention, when a severe earthquake occurred in Armenia a few years ago, the Turkish government refused to grant air passage to aircraft carrying humanitarian aid to the Armenian earthquake victims. Whereas, the present Armenian government volunteered aid to Turkey, if it so wished it. It seems the Turkish government's "distaste" of the Armenian people still exists.
