The first use of the word "they" was not meant to specifically point to anyone. It was an omnibus use of the word. Sorry if you didn't understand that.

A@P et.al. did not have to place the bet themselves, just learn of others who did and pursue it.

My point, which you missed, was that A@P et.al. used that information, not to save or help this company, but to benefit financially from it, and positioned themselves accordingly. I'm convinced that some knew, perhaps illegally, of the investigation. It even had a code name, which denotes that it should have been kept under wraps. Obviously, it wasn't.

Anthony is very good at what he does. I just cannot bring my self to agree with it. Having such a cadre of minions to help him only makes it worse, in my book. If a company collapses, for whatever reason, it and its stockholders deserve to go down with the ship. I am vehemently opposed to anyone benefiting financially from it.

As far as calling me stupid....well, that's your game, not mine. I would never do that. I might think it, but I wouldn't stoop to writing it. Thanks for your thoughts, though.
