as noted on the GE thread, if the market holds up (which it did this week, ge might go to fill the 113-114 gap).. i think it has a good chance.. market permitting..

for stocks, i usually watch the OBV for breakout. csco did not break upside of the obv downtrend.

not sure if you can find a site that plots obv, but youll see it from 7/1/99 top, the OBV has been in a downtrend.
