Thanks for your reply. I would reason that the US Red Cross is one of the good ones. redcross.org

You can make a secure credit card donation at their website specifically for the Turkish quake by selecting the fund option as 'International Response Fund'.

The organization I use when a disaster of this magnitude strikes is Catholic Relief Services. Fully 90% of the donations make it to the "front lines." Much higher than the ~84% average.
