eims, It will always be illegal? It isn't even illegal now. the Kyl bill stands a slim chance of being passed in its present form. The bil requires that ISP's regulate the activity. That will NEVER happen. Keep guessing.

eims, just reread your post. One loss does not make a trader. If your vision is such that the US represents the global size of any business, perhaps it is you that needs to learn how to INVEST. Any legalized business in the US is just gravy for the revenue and earnings of the successful franchisers in this business. Btw, the servers are still running in Antigua. I wonder how those will get shut down...RCMP on holiday?
