Don, I agree with what you've written: "I guess one of the strong anchors to believability of FNTN and what MS has indicated is the fact that JT, SIEMENS VP, our Web Site developer, and now soon, from what we hear, a CPA/Lawyer.....I'm sure they are aware of the inferences of revenues to FNTN, and I'm sure that if these inferences were not correct, and the plight of FNTN was the opposite of what we the stockholdrs have been led to believe, then, considering the marketplace, where jobs are plentiful, and these folks do not want their reputations clouded, then they would have bailed out quickly....."

My view: it's amazingly tough developing and maintaining a small to moderate-sized business in general. The amount of paperwork is exacting and time-consuming, even if one hires professionals, excluding SEC requirements! There are numerous city or government business regulations....and only so many hours to do the revenue-producing work!

MS has kept costs to a minimum, is successful in recruiting the best people, apparently is almost finished with the SEC process, and I commend him.

Just my thoughts. Thanks, Don, for your post.

Regards,
FJ
