Bill, I had lunch with her in Grad School as an interview for T. Rowe Price. We didn't get along at all. We had a disagreement about the term, "performance." She, like many mutual fund folks, thought relative performance was the end all and be all. I thought and still think that only absolute performance counts. I don't get thrilled if I lose 10% of my money while everyone else loses 20%. I'm sure that argument cost me a job offer. Of course, if I hadn't already had several job offers from other fund cos. in hand, I may not have argued with her. Then again, knowing me.... <g>
