From an E mail I sent after Talking to Jim Briscoe yesterday to a partner of my Claim group :This just hit the NEWS, I called the company and there are two sides to the story...Jaba has a strong defense that they can't talk about...Do u think I should post it right away or wait a bit till folks ask the whys and wherefores which I don't have all the facts yet?

also ....
I heard earlier that a suspected...the partnering was weird there////deleted some prior KNOWLEDGE########////INFO SOMETHING..dam imagine IF ( which has not happened with us in any of our talks THIS weird way thanks be) we get a JV and as an explorer with a company with US as STAKERS///we don't give the best ###### inf######### that made the partner DO THE JV in day one FIRST PLACE, in our case an assay if we can compare and contrast IF it was us and not THEM. I think Jaba is in a strange LEGAL HASTLE.

END on my thoughts....

Mr. James Briscoe reports
A complaint has been lodged with the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, County of Cochise, against the company's' U.S. subsidiary Jaba (US) Inc. by James P. L. Sullivan and Delta Exploration Group LLC as plaintiffs. The complaint was filed with the Cochise county court on May 13, 1999, but Jaba was not made aware of it until it was formally served to its statutory agent on July 2, 1999. The complaint claims that Jaba (US) Inc. is in breach of certain agreements between the plaintiffs and JABA (US) Inc. relating to mining exploration of the plaintiffs' property in Cochise county, Ariz.
The company is of the opinion that these complaints are without merit and the company intends to vigorously defend itself and also launch a counter-suit against said plaintiffs.
In light of commencement of this civil action the company must regard its option under the letter agreement with Delta Exploration LLC as being null and void at this time. The company will currently cease its efforts to seek a joint venture partner in this project.
