That kinda stuff is only going to grow. Today this stuff happens in a matter of hours what used to take bucket shops and sleasy brokers weeks to months to accomplish. It may take awhile however some form of regulation is inevitable for organizers of chat rooms as they can become the axe in a small cap stock (be it hours or a few days), sell into the ensuing momentum and be gone. Does anyone know how many trading days after an IPO can a stock be legally shorted? TIA, Q-911
