Monday will be an interesting day.

I do think there will be a short term hit, and would
be out if it were not for the fact that TPIL has brokerage
plus NASDAQ in the works.

Not to mention Zorro, plus the AGM in September.

Still long on TPIL, however, keeping a close watch on
how things unfold at SNMM.

A TPIL measure to avoiding SNMM problems?

I notice from the notice for the upcoming AGM that Wayne Blackburn is being nominated for election as a director of TPIL.

Sounds like a pretty useful (and reassuring) resource to have on the BOD - here's the info provided on him.

"Mr. Blackburn is Director of Security Services and a Vice President of the Investigations and Forensic Accounting Group with Deloitte & Touche Inc.

Prior to October, 1997, Wayne Blackburn was Senior Investigator in Frauds, Money Laundering and White Collar Crime with Lindquist Avery Macdonald Baskerville Inc., a forensic investigations firm; prior to October, 1995, he was the Officer-in-Charge of the Economic Crime Branch for the Province of Ontario; and prior to May, 1995, he was the Officer-in-Charge of the Proceeds of Crime Unit of the Metropolitan Toronto Police Force."
