John, Why did he use the alias BMPSKR on the first post, and then use albud on the second? Did he just unintentionally out himself? I note that he uses a third alias (biliebow) in the e-mail address. KJC

The RB UPCA thread is a constant source of wonderment, and I'm still about 150 posts behind (there's a limit to how much of this one can take in a single sitting...). Talked to a friend today who knows someone who talked recently with Gary Tabb. He said UPCA is going to fight the SEC all the way. They believe they have a legitimate product that is effective and has been substantiated. Apparently, they are livid with the SEC and feel they are getting shafted big time. A counter-suit to the SEC is being considered and is likely. They have been told by their lawyers to remain quiet for now [note: I BET they have been]. Also, Flores was arrested not for securities fraud but for failure to pay child support [note: Well, that's not what the SEC release said, but never mind.]. IMO, still a longshot but at these prices I am not selling. Dammit, we're all on the wrong side. Really: fleecing idiots like this wouldn't make me feel bad at all.
