Yeah, we know that FDR had affairs and that Eleanor was a lesbian too. Was her name Hitchcock? You know, the one she lived with.

Gee, I thought D.C.'s black population rose as a % as white flight took hold in the 1950, 60's and 70's. With a declining population it is hard to see how you can be correct.

I think you'd find a greater % of blacks working in the D.C. Fed gov today than the 1940's.
