This one is a good company in a transitional business market. It has not been a good stock. It may not be a good stock for another 2-4 months. The forward guidance during the CC last week was not table pounding but it did call for improving markets. Still, it may not be too early to begin establishing a position. It is much closer to its bottom than it is to its forward 12 month top.

I don't buy Dessaur's picks without additional research, but STD & SEIC have been stellar. GTE has plodded along, and, buy adding through DRIP, I did quite well with it.

I like what he said -- and what I see -- about CBR.
