Janice, Thank you for your time and effort. Bob, to paraphrase a quote I recently received, "This is a good time to buy" Yeah, right! In a prior life, were you selling tickets on the Titanic's return trip? Or were you booking spaces on the Hindenberg's triumphant return trip? And, did you continue to sell tickets once the factual events were known? No problem, you could always say, "It's a BARGAIN at these prices!" I'm glad you didn't try to answer my questions. God forbid, I might have believed you. Shame on me.
