Mad2,

Insider stock transactions are usually set up in such a way that:

a) they need to be planned well in advance, and can occur only during very specific windows.

b) you don't get much discretion as to how the order is executed.

Having a good broker MIGHT help you get the best possible price on that particular day, though often insiders get the worst possible prices the MMs can give them...
