Excellent thinking, Joe. I agree totally. I think we will rally only if interest rates are raised a quarter point, with no change in bias. If there is a change in bias toward tightening, I think we will hold steady. If there is no raise in rates, I think we will sell-off, due to fears of raising rates in October. . .a poor time historically for bad news. So there is no guaranteed relief rally, in my opinion.

And it is silly, because traders WANT a hike in interest rates. . so they no longer have to fear one.
