btw....addressing the message there NOT the messanger. I just disagree with the assessment and make NO judgments about the assessor. I think it is VERY important that we try to observe this protocol on the thread to maintain focus on issues and civility in exchanges. We can agree to disagree. bye for now again.

Jordan, You are mistaking here. YOu missed the point of what Secureit said. Ever heard the statement - "Good guys finish last?" Deals do not matter if they are not good. Tom was blindsighted by this Canadian deal, it is reflected in the stock. I don't care how good a deal looks on the outside, it matters how it is structured. If Tom makes a deal with Mircosoft and gives them a 100 million shares, but the deal is worth maybe 10 million shares...then who came out on the deal? Not ECNC...that is bad example, but it is hard to expalin. THe filing are a mess if you haven't follwed the story. Iread your PM and you said that you thought that I was up to date and in the know about all these name changed and all this stuff. It's just confusing as heck to keep track with these shells and stuff. TRue, I'll give them credit for taking a bankrupt shell and turning it into a cutting edge company, but when you have convertible debentures, all kinds of options, tons of issued shares...a 61 million share offering..$10 million offering and all that....do you think people are going to say..oh well tom is a good guy, I trust him..heck no. They aren't in the ECNC "family thread" like you all. Geesh, I keep going back on all of this, I just don't know it will take to get my point across. NO, I have not turned sides or anything. Please do not think that and freak out or something. (I know that you rae a little on edge with me right now, but you know how I am..I lay it out there wheter good or bad) I like the technology side of this...yes, he is making deals. are they good? from the balance sheet they suck. but from the sales/market side, that is unproven yet.. we will know soon enough I will call yo uabout the dilution issue that you say nobody will explain to you.
