From my point of view, the whole thing is certain to crash and burn, but I just want to determine when that might be.

Right now, it appears that there is no chance that they can come up with the cash to drill the hole, so it will crash and burn before a drill bit can begin to turn.

That's why I'm interested in how deep the hole they want to drill might be. The depth dictates how much cash Ness needs, which is something we can compare easily to their balance sheet and to their previous record of private placements.

Yes, I've seen the co. website, and that is half of what I think one must know to short the stock. The other half is an understanding of the cash. The cash tells you how unrealistic their business goals truly are.
