So, the solution to repatriation is to make the US dollar more attractive for international bond investors. Raise the interest rates.

Of course, that would be more bear food.

JFQ, yes and when you are around all time record valuations and priced for nirvana ignoring issues like the weakening dollar when the Fed is already in tightening mode can be hazardous to your wealth.
