This is very ugly. FNTT is joined at the hip with UPCA.

If UPCA were merely a business client, and if FNTT blew them off when the investigation shut down UPCA trading, then FNTT could just say "it wasn't us".

But they can' say that "UPCA isn't us." Because FNTT, UPCA, and some unspecified "affiliate" are all tied together through equity ownership.

FNTT is in bed with one of the dirtiest BB companies around. Very ugly.
