Increasing number of authorized shares is done once in a blue moon. When you do it you ask for a LARGE increase, not to use but to have available for the next 10 years.

David: The current authorized amount is 60M with about 45M issued. They must have some reason for wanting to go up an additional 20M at this time. Some of that may involve options and the like that would have to be covered under certain circumstances. As the other David suggests, perhaps this is just a matter of long range flexibility. Or, perhaps their IR person can fill you in if there are other reasons.
