This was a much more conventional church, although my mother, who attends Mass sporadically as it is, does not like the parish because she feels that it is more a civic group than a parish, and that the services are too trendy. On the other hand, a sister brought communion to my grandmother every week (it was hard for her to get out in the last few years), and the priest visited regularly, and frequently offered the sacrament of confession....
