<<By the way, there are 2 million shares outstanding and a float of 500,000 shares>>

AKA - Ruby may be confused about GLE's prospects, but his/her 22 million shares issued is pretty close.

Reading from the Mar 31/99 Annual Report and accompanying Management Information Circular, @ Mar 31/99 there were 16,148,184 common shares issued , 3,629,166 warrants outstanding, and 613,000 preferred convertible to 2,452,000 common for a total of 22.2 million. The directors and Foundation Equity Corporation own just under 5 million, suggesting a float of about 17 million.

Agreed, GLE's P/E ratio is somewhat daunting, but the obvious strengths in their management, current products and SOFC prospects lead me to remain long and enthusiastic on GLE.

Best regards - Dave
