stan...as always I am very grateful for you insight. I think this will be only a paper trade. You ask great questions, ones that I must get used to asking myself. One last question...I know DMA....what is SMA?

BTW...I mentioned SBTK on Glenn's site, is it ok if I copy your post over there....

ossnat, If I can just chime in here for one sec, I bottom feed big time and agree with stan's analysis. I would only add that herbert greenberg of thestreet.com has been on this one for a while. He has correctly nailed a number of the bigger disasters of the year BEFORE they cratered, and he has done column after column raising painful questions about SBTK both at the management and accounting level.
