Mr. Charters. Thank-you very much for taking the time to answer my query. I have already had a confirming e-mail from a trusted friend who also has the book you recommended and he also tells me that it is very good.
I will get a copy and read it. In the meanwhile I have another question that may appear dumb to someone who knows more than I, but nevertheless I have no doubt many others would wonder this as well.
If the operating mines at Sudbury have been bringing ore to surface for so many years now, why is it that geologists are not more CERTAIN of the origins of the deposit instead of still discussing theories?
