i want to hear some more about that 'golden parachute' post from yesterday. how common is that practice? do people think this is a clear sign of takeover time? how about COMS price movement in the last 10-15 minutes friday? didn't it jump 1/2 point? think there's a connection?

Nice to see you here! I took a position in COMS this morning at 23 13/16. I'd add on weakness.

This stock is a nice value play, added to which you have the buy-out potential reflected in the 14A (golden parachute) filed on the 19th of August.

Whether by disposition of assets or by a merger, I'm betting that the company is actively exploring measures to enhance shareholder value.
