A&P, I read a post recently elsewhere indicating from a reliable "source" that the smut has already been divested. (don't bet your ass.) That leaves the gambling point again. the lawyers in the Canadian government will have a difficult time with that one. If guilty and fined, Starnet simply moves. they were planning that anyway since the taxes are so high up there.

You better hope you were not made aware of the upcoming raid, or someone in law enforcement didn't tip you off regarding the SNMM investigation, and that you profited by selling shares short after receiving this information. Everyone here (especially the SEC) refers to that as breaking the law! I don't care about your motives, or holier than thou ranting and ravings, if you broke the law you, too, will be investigated for it. Remember what they say about those who live in glass houses...Just as SNMM found out, your phone records can be seized!!!
