I was sure if you were being sarcastic or serious so I thought I would follow up. You are correct that U.S/Canadian investor could have bought through European or off-shore accounts for several reasons. However in this case it was just plain old big European investors scooping up cheap shares in their own accounts.

I don't think Mr. Civelli wants to burn bridges with large European shareholders so this raises the bar just a little higher.
